TERMS OF SERVICE & END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the rules of conduct within the mobile application. By accessing or using the Application, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity under applicable law to accept these terms.

The Application allows users to create public channels and publish content (photos, videos, audio, text), as well as communicate via audio and video calls. You are solely responsible for the content you publish.

The Application maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards objectionable content and abusive users. You explicitly agree NOT to upload, post, share, or transmit any content that:

• Contains personal insults, defamation, or offensive remarks towards other users.
• Contains pornography, erotica, sexually explicit material, or references to inappropriate behavior involving minors.
• Demonstrates violence, cruelty, or materials depicting blood and body organs.
• Promotes drugs, alcohol, smoking, or suicide.
• Promotes mass disorders, extremism, terrorism, or discrimination based on race, nationality, or religion.
• Constitutes commercial spam, fraud, or unauthorized use of third-party personal data/photos.

3. Safety Mechanisms (Reporting & Blocking)
To ensure a safe environment and strictly comply with App Store policies, the Application provides the following mandatory features:

• Reporting System (Report): Users can immediately report any objectionable user-generated content or public channels by tapping the built-in "Report" button.
• Blocking System (Block): Users can instantly block any abusive user using the "Block" function to hide their content and prevent further interaction.
• 24-Hour Moderation: Our administration team reviews all reported content and violations within 24 hours.

4. Penalties and Enforcement
In case of violation of these rules, the Administration reserves the right to apply the following measures without prior notice:

• Warning: Removal or hiding of the violating content.
• Profile Hiding: Making the user's profile temporary or permanently inaccessible to others.
• Account Termination (Ban): Permanent deletion of the user's account without the possibility of data recovery.
